OUR WHOLE PROCESS DEPENDS ON A IN-DEPTH FULL BODY ASSESSMENTS & CONSULTATION 

Understanding the history of our clients can indicate, and in some cases, dictate the starting point within the training environment.

This includes assessing movement, discussing limitations and specific areas that are currently causing problems/ pain along with in depth discussions on lifestyle and health factors.

This creates a solid foundation for the Start of the process with the HPC.
