Personal Training Precision PTP 1

Foundations of elite personal training, covering movement foundations, biomechanics basics, client assessment systems, communication and cueing, program design, business launch tools, and practical evaluation.
Personal Training Precision PTP 2
R 27,499.00 per student | 12 Week Course
Advanced coaching and human performance, including deep biomechanics, sprint and performance coaching, load management and injury prevention, advanced program design, coaching across populations, and business growth systems.
HPC Coach Certification
R 49,999.00 per student | 16 Week Intensive Certification
A full immersion into HPC systems, frameworks, and philosophy. Includes access to HPC intellectual property, supervised shadowing and practical hours, networking opportunities, and potential career and brand ambassador pathways.
Industry Shadowing and Building Hours
Premium Shadow Pass

Two to three shadow sessions per week.
Shadow and Mentorship Bundle
